My name is Sara Shoouri, and I am a third-year Ph.D. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Michigan, supervised by Prof. Hun-Seok Kim.
My primary research revolves around Deep Learning and Computer Vision within the constraints of limited resources. Currently, I am mostly focused on enabling efficient multi-task learning and effective multi-modality techniques.
Prior to Ph.D., I earned an M.S. degree (2019-2021) from the University of Michigan, specializing in Signal & Image Processing and Machine Learning (SIPML). For my undergraduate studies, I completed a B.S. degree (2014-2019) at the Sharif University of Technology, Tehran. I have also done a research internship (Fall 2018) at CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research.
I am open to discussions and collaborations on related research projects, please contact me if you are seeking to collaborate.
